Our Cocktails
Long Enough
No matter the time of year this sweet drink will transport you back to summer afternoons, with your friends, seeing out the last of a magical weekend.
Hints of lime, a great (Tassie) sparkling and our smooth Tasmanian vodka, and not to mention easy to whip up in a jug, Long Enough is the perfect vodka cocktail for an afternoon with mates.
Method
30ml Vodi Tasmanian Vodka
30ml sparkling wine
30ml lime juice
15ml simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water)
15ml Blue Butterfly Pea Flower tea, brewed and chilled*
Soda water
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice, and pour over all ingredients, finishing with soda water to top up.
For a bougee touch, add a twist of lemon peel to serve. Fresh as.
Note: The Blue Butterly Pea Flower tea adds that special blue hue, but if you can’t source it, just top up with water and use your imagination.

Hey Sweetie
It’s boozy, super botanical and sweet like a Tasmanian sunset.
This is one of those cocktails that will impress but you could do with your eyes closed (or after a few Vodis)
Method
60ml Vodi Tasmanian Vodka
15ml Maraschino Luxardo liqueur
15ml Crème de Violette
20ml lemon juice
Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and add all ingredients.
Shake, shake, shake and strain into a glass.

Purple Haze
The ultimate summer drink, refreshing and citrusy. If you’re looking to mix up a new cocktail look no further.
Method
60ml Vodi Tasmanian Vodka
30ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar and water)
15ml Blue Butterfly Pea Flower tea, brewed and chilled
3 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
Half-fill a short glass with ice, and pour over all ingredients.
Stir with a cocktail spoon (or use a dessert spoon – Vodi doesn’t judge) until the ingredients are well combined.
Sip slowly for a citrus fix.
Vodi Chocolate Martini
We’re not saving this one for Easter, this is the perfect dessert martini for any time of the year.
Start by adding melted chocolate to the side of your martini glass.
Fill a tumbler with ice, add Vodi, Irish Cream Liqueur and Double Cream.
Give it a good shake with a cocktail shaker until ingredients are well combined.
Strain into martini glass
Garnish with as many chocolate flakes as your heart desires.

30mL Double Cream
Melted chocolate to drizzle
Chocolate flakes or shards to garnish
Blue Sea
Perfect for a themed party this is a staple summer cocktail combining fun with fruity flavours.
Method
1/2 Passionfruit Pulp
30mL Vodi Tasmanian Vodka
15mL Blue Curacao
15mL Passionfruit Juice
30mL Lime Juice
30mL Pineapple Juice
Add all ingredients to a glass tumbler, add a good scoop of ice cubes.
Give it a good shake with a cocktail shaker until ingredients are well combined.
Strain into a short drinking glass over ice.
Garnish with mint leaves and tropical fruits of your choice.
Vodi with a Twist
Classic and Smooth, can’t go wrong.
Method
60mL Vodi Tasmanian Vodka
1 tbsp Dry Vermouth
Lemon Peel to serve
Add all ingredients to a glass tumbler, add a good scoop of ice cubes and stir well
Strain into a martini glass
Add a lemon peel for the final touch.
Vodi Bramble
After something easy-to-make but looks darn impressive? Look no further. Our take on the classic bramble is here to impress.
Add Vodi, Lemon Juice and Simple syrup to cocktail shaker filled with ice.
You know the drill, give it a good shake
Strain into a short drinking glass over crushed ice.
Pour the Creme de mure and watch the colour transform your drink from great to stunning.
Garnish with mixed berries.
If you want to level up your bramble try crushed berries in your glass.
